Group Fitness Sessions are suitable for beginners through to advanced athletes.
Boot Camp - These 1 hour sessions are taken by Karen and are a variety of; Circuit training, Strength training, Boxer fit, HIIT, Swiss ball training, Aerobic/Anaerobic training, and much more. The aim of most sessions is to improve; muscular strength/endurance, cardio fitness, and body composition. Other components of fitness will also be improved such as; speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, and stamina. Among various other health benefits (too many to list), sessions will increase your daily energy levels and relieve stress. 6am session - Always a large class, therefore it is not recommended for new clients or Beginners. 9.30am session - Mainly for mums, however everyone is welcome. There is a play area for your kids whilst you exercise, you are also invited to stay for a coffee afterwards. 7pm & 5.30pm sessions - Caters for diverse fitness levels, beginner through to advanced athletes.
Spin - This cardio class is taken by Terry Miratana or Anne-Maree and is approximately 45 minutes in duration. Please bring a drink bottle and a hand towel, we have limited spaces available, anyone wishing to attend must book. If you have booked a spin class and are unable to attend, you must give notification before 7pm the night prior, or by 8am prior to an evening spin class. Otherwise you will be charged the cost of the session; txt 027 844 3629. Stretch and Strengthen - This low impact class is taken by Anne-Maree Ward and it is designed to increase; relative body strength, core stability, flexibility, coordination and balance. By utilizing various stretching and pilates techniques; this class is highly recommended for horse riders, runners or anyone that needs to improve relative strength and flexibility.
Cost of all Sessions: If you live locally, your first trial session is free! $120 for a 10 x Concession card (Valid for 6 months, non-refundable, and cannot be sold) $15 for a casual session Cash and Cheques are accepted, for Internet payments our Westpac Account number is: 03 0767-0013587-000 (Please use your last name as reference).
