I came to West Melton Physical Training 5 months ago obese, incredibly unfit and hating my size 18 clothing. Completing a 12 week challenge and subsequent programmes with Karen has been simply life changing! I have not only lost almost 30kgs of body fat in 23 weeks, but I have also increased my muscle, improved my nutrition, significantly increased my fitness and can now comfortably wear size 10 clothes! I can confidently say my body has never looked or felt so healthy. I have gained a new energy for life that has created improvements in all aspects of it.
I have completed 69 fitness sessions with Karen over the last 5 months and not one has ever been the same. Having previously been a couch potato I cannot believe how addicted I have become to these sessions. Karen ensures a supportive group environment for classes no matter what your individual fitness level, so there is no comparison to others. You are always working out with a great bunch of people only focusing on their own results. She herself provides a motivating yet challenging style of instruction that pushes you to keep improving. Best of all the sessions are fun, there are no boring gym circuits here!
