School Holiday Timetable: ​ No Boot Camp classes from: 1 Jan - 4 Feb 18.  Spin starts: 22 Jan 18.

 Group Fitness Sessions are an hour long (except for spin) and are suitable for beginners through to advanced athletes.

Boot Camp - All Boot Camp sessions are taken by Karen and are a variety of; Circuit training, Strength training, Boxer fit, HIIT, Swiss ball training, Aerobic/Anaerobic training, and much more. The aim of most sessions is to improve; muscular strength/endurance, cardio fitness, and body composition.  Other components of fitness will also be improved such as; speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, and stamina.  Among various other health benefits (too many to list), sessions will increase your daily energy levels and relief stress. 
6am & 7pm sessions - Caters for diverse fitness levels, beginner through to advanced athletes.

9.30am & 5.30pm sessions - These enjoyable classes cater more for; mums, injured or mature people, or anyone new to exercise.  During the 9.30am class, there is a play area where the kids can play whilst you exercise.  At the end of this session you are welcome to stay for a coffee.  If you are super fit and the timing of either of these classes suit you, no problem as you will still be challenged.
Spin - This class is taken by either Terry or Nicky, and is approximately 45-55 minutes. Please bring a drink bottle and a hand towel, we have limited spaces available, anyone wishing to attend must book.  If you have booked a morning spin class and are unable to attend you must give notification before 7pm the night prior.  For evening classes; notification is required before 3pm the day of the class.  Otherwise you will be charged the cost of the session; txt 027 844 3629.

​Stretch and Strengthen - 
This low impact class taken by Anne-Marie is designed to increase; relative body strength, core stability, flexibility, coordination and balance. Through the use of various stretching and pilates techniques; this class is excellent for reducing injuries, whilst flushing out waste productics (lactic acid) from sore and tight muscles.  This class is highly recommended for horse riders, runners or anyone that needs relative strength/flexibility training.

Your first trial session is free!
$120 for a 10 x Concession card (Valid for 12 months, non-refundable, and cannot be resold)
$15 for a casual session
