I personally 100% guarantee results on all Boot camp Programmes! Before starting any Boot camp programme we get to know each person individually and we become conversant in your health and fitness goals. We understand that correct nutrition is paramount especially for weight loss; so we offer nutritional advice and we conduct weekly weigh ins. We also give out individual food diary's and healthy eating plans to help you stay on track.
Prior to each programme starting; we conduct body composition testing and fitness testing to ensure that we are working at the correct intensity and progressing forwards. We also conduct the same tests at the end of each programme to confirm improvements from previous tests.
Each programme is 10 weeks duration and there is both a Beginner and Medium/Advanced option, for each Boot camp. The cost of each Boot camp programme is $340.
If you are unable to commit to a full Boot camp programme then you still may come along to a Group Fitness class, see below for alternative payment options. Basic package for $200 (6am sessions are full) For each 10 week Boot camp programme we offer a Basic package option, which is ideal for the physically fit person that wants to maintain their fitness level. To reward your commitment we have discounted each session by $2. Please note:Basic Package participants are not required to Register for Boot camp but must read the Terms and Conditions. To confirm your spot please pay $200 before 17 October 17.
