At WMPT; we believe that participating on a Programme is the best way to stay motivated over the winter months. It is human nature to think of a concession card as an option, instead of a commitment. It can be extremely difficult to choose the right option particularly in the colder months when you have to leave the comforts of your warm home. Only by investing in a structured Programme; your health and fitness then becomes a priority (instead of an option) which means you are twice as likely to attend sessions and therefore achieve results.
There are 2 Boot camp programmes/levels to choose from:
* Medium/Advanced (Med/Adv) Programme This Programme involves 3 sessions a week; Tue, Thu, and Sat. The Saturday boxing sessions are designed to build cardio fitness, burn body fat and increase muscle shape/tone. It is the best stress relieve after a long arduous week and it will set you up perfectly for an energetic weekend. On this programme you will maintain and even improve the fitness you have built up over the summer. By following the healthy eating plan and having the accountability of weekly weigh in's, you are guaranteed to feel fighting fit this winter.
* Beginner Programme This programme is designed to transform your body and mind for life and is suitable for someone that is; post natal, older, injured, beginner to exercise and/or overweight. During this programme you will develop specific knowledge and good habits to assist you in making healthy lifestyle changes. It is not about starving yourself in order to achieve unhealthy, dramatic weight loss (fad diet). This programme is about long term clean eating, combined with a balanced, enjoyable exercise regime to ensure you experience sustainable weight loss and improved fitness. You will do fun and challenging workouts in a supportive group environment and will also do individual work outs (using your Training Programme) at home. There is plenty of progress checking in order to keep you highly accountable, so losing motivation is not an option. I personally guarantee that if you commit to this programme, you will start to see health and fitness benefits within 2 weeks.

Day and Times: Choose a Group fitness session on both Tue and Thu, your 3rd session is Fri for Beginner and Sat for Med/Adv. Tuesday at 6am, 9.30am, 5.30pm and 7pm Thursday at 6am, 9.30am, 5.30pm and 7pm Friday at 6pm (Mandatory for Beginners) Saturday at 7am (Mandatory for Med/Adv)
