Boot camp Summer - 3 February to 13 April 2018 (10 weeks)
Do you want to get fitter, slimmer, stronger, whilst gaining confidence, meeting new people and having FUN?
West Melton Boot Camp is all about getting great results quickly, the programme is similar to what you would experience as a Recruit on an NZ Basic Training Course, the difference is that you won't be yelled at like a Recruit.  Instead you will be encouraged to give your absolute best using positive motivational techniques. 

There are 2 Boot camp levels to choose from:
* Medium/Advanced (Med/Adv) 
​On the Med/Adv Boot camp you will participate on a Tuesday, Thursday Group Fitness session and a Saturday session.   Saturday sessions are designed with an emphasis on Team building which encourages new friendships between Participants.  You will be put out of your comfort zone and you will be challenged, but in return you will be rewarded with significant fitness improvements.  

* Beginner  
On the Beginner Boot camp you will participate on a Tuesday, Thursday Group Fitness session and a Friday session.  During Friday sessions
you will be surrounded with people of similar fitness levels, you will be challenged in the same way as the Med/Adv programme (above), but at a slightly lower intensity. 
You have nothing to lose (except body fat) and everything to gain. ​
Please note:  Friday sessions are more challenging, if this is not suitable for you then you do have the option of swapping; the Friday class for a Wednesday 6pm Stretch and Strengthen class; please mention this when you Register.

For $340 you will receive the following:
  • 28 unique Group Fitness sessions - 3 x fitness sessions a week for 10 weeks (except during stat holidays)
  • Food Diary and Healthy Eating plan 
  • Weekly 'weigh ins' for accountability   
  • Introduction and Nutrition brief
  • Pre and Post Body Composition testing
  • Pre and Post Fitness testing
  • Grand Finale prize giving​

Day and Times: Choose a Group fitness  session on both Tuesday and Thursday, your third session is Friday for Beginners and Saturday for Med/Adv.
Tuesday at 6am, 9.30am, 5.30pm and 7pm 
Thursday at 6am, 9.30am, 5.30pm and 7pm
Friday at 6pm (Mandatory for Beginners and closed to concession card holders)
Saturday at 6am (Mandatory for Med/Adv and closed to concession card holders)
