After first leaving the Military in 2012, I was guilty of neglecting my own health and fitness due to the chaos of raising a young family. Consequently I had gained 25kgs and had found myself in a rut of unhealthy eating habits. I was lethargic, depressed and deeply ashamed to look in the mirror. The full realisation of how bad I had become was when my oldest son asked me to play hockey with him. I couldn't even run the length of our section; this was a serious life changing moment for me.
I was fortunate enough to know what changes needed to be made, so with persistence and hard work I managed to lose the unwanted 25kg's and achieve optimum health and fitness, once again. In hindsight, this personal unhealthy experience is what drives my determination to help others today. It has changed me from being the hardened Army PTI (that I used to be), to a more understanding and realistic Trainer. |

These days, life is great! I reside on a lifestyle block in West Melton with my husband, 4 young children and 5 horses. I enjoy horse riding and conduct live and online Boot camps from home. I love helping people to achieve their full health and fitness potential, as I believe this is the most crucial step to having the best quality of life. |
